We are a nonprofit rehabilitation center focused on helping the native wildlife of Pennsylvania.

We are NOT a business, we are a group of volunteers offering a free service to the public. Every call we answer, we do for free. Every animal we take, we care for for free. We dedicate huge amounts of our time and we get nothing in return but the knowledge of helping an animal. We try to be open 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year but it is impossible to maintain this schedule with only volunteers and sometimes we have to close or aren't available. PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP WITHOUT SPEAKING TO SOMEONE FIRST, THEN GET MAD WE AREN'T HERE OR CAN'T TAKE THE ANIMAL!

We have limited resources because we are all volunteers and reply completely on donations. We are doing the best we can but we are NOT a business, we are a few people offering to help wildlife where we we are able to. Please be kind!

PLEASE NOTE:

We are an all volunteer group.
We have terrible phone signal. Texting seems to work better than phone calls.
We can not pick up wildlife, the animal needs to be brought to us.
We are not licensed for reptiles or amphibians and can not accept them.
We can not take pets, farm animals, or feral cats. Only native wildlife.
During the slower winter months, our phone lines aren't always manned. Please leave a message or text. You can also email cricketwildlife@gmail.com or contact us on facebook at Cricket Wildlife Center.

Drop off Shed -If you did not call ahead or speak to somebody first, there may not be anyone available to get the animal right away (we try to keep 10am-8pm hours but its not always possible with an all volunteer staff). Follow the 'drop off directions' posted on the door.
