We are NOT a business, we are a small group of volunteers offering a free service to the public.
We try to be open from 10am to 7pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year but it is impossible to maintain this schedule with only volunteers and sometimes we have to close, can't accept anymore animals, or aren't available.
PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP WITHOUT SPEAKING TO SOMEONE FIRST, THEN GET MAD WE AREN'T HERE OR CAN'T TAKE THE ANIMAL!
We have limited resources because we are all volunteers and reply completely on donations. We are doing the best we can but we are NOT a business, we are a few people offering to help orphaned or injured wildlife.

PLEASE NOTE:
- We are an all volunteer group.
- We have terrible phone signal. Texting seems to work better than phone calls.
- We can not pick up wildlife, the animal needs to be brought to us.
- We are not licensed for reptiles or amphibians and can not accept them.
- We can not take pets, farm animals, or feral cats. Only native wildlife.

- You must call and speak to someone first, do NOT just show up.
